The Challenge

With a network of over 60 offices around the Globe, Wakefield Inspection provide controlling and testing services to commodity companies and shippers around the world.

In order to manage the co-ordination between the various regional HQs and correspondent offices based in key locations, WIS needed a set of systems to hold requests from clients, and allow staff and operatives to look at the status of their workload.

The Solution

Generation 10 integrated their clients and their global network of offices with a product called G10 Controller.

Duplication is eliminated and a whole new dimension in workflow and reporting is now available to them, integrating their operations, email and accounting systems.
